COUNTY CONTEST INFORMATION
If we have more 4-H'ers register than we have spots on a team, then we will have a county-wide mock contest that will be judged by out-of-county judges to determine who will be on the teams.
DISTRICT CONTEST INFORMATION
As of right now, Lynn County is the only District 2 county to have Leaders 4 Life teams, so we do not have a contest on the district level. If that changes, then there will have to be a District contest to determine who advances to Texas 4-H Roundup.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Leaders 4 Life is a leadership contest that allows 4-H'ers to demonstrate their knowledge of Parliamentary Procedure.
Contestants work on teams of 4-6 to conduct a mock meeting using parliamentary procedure.
During the contest, the team is presented with challenges that they have to use their parliamentary procedure knowledge to work through as they conduct their meeting. They are judged on their efficiency and correctness to Robert's Rules of Order.
After they conduct the mock meeting, each team is asked 12 parliamentary procedure questions they will answer orally to a judge.
Since Lynn County is the only county in our district to have L4L teams, there is no district contest or activities set up for Juniors or Intermediates. This is a fairly new activity in our area of the state, so we do foresee the inclusion of all age groups soon.
THIS IS OPEN TO SENIOR LEVEL AGE GROUP ONLY. If something comes out across the district, then we will look to start younger 4-H'ers!
