Points Sheets
WHAT IS THE POINT SYSTEM?
The Adult Leader Association wants to recognize all Lynn County 4-H'ers for their outstanding work in the 4-H program. If you participate in contests, and projects, attend meetings, or even help out with community service projects, we want to reward you for your dedication and loyalty to the Lynn County 4-H program.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Points will be awarded for each activity or task you complete on the local, county, district, state, and national levels.
Points are accumulated throughout the year.
At the annual Achievement Banquet, you will receive a receipt with the total amount of points you have accumulated for that year.
You will be able to spend those points on different items (i.e. 4-H swag, gift cards, etc.).
At the banquet, you will complete and turn in your prize request. If your prize request sheet isn't turned in at the banquet, then you forfeit all of your points.
2024-2025 GUIDELINES
Each 4-H'er is responsible for submitting a points sheet. There is one point sheet for each month. Point sheets that are submitted past the deadline will not counted.
All activities will be verified to be counted.
Any discrepancies will be at the discretion of the Adult Leader Association's Awards & Recognition Committee and the county extension agents.
The points year runs from August 1, 2024, to July 31, 2025.
PLEASE READ THE GUIDELINES CAREFULLY!
DEADLINE TO TURN IN POINTS SHEETS IS THE 25TH OF EACH MONTH AT 11:59 PM.

2024-2025 PROJECT RECORD FORM
If you complete a project record form for each of your projects, you can earn 15 points. You may only submit one project record form per project per year.
The form is designed to begin filling out at the beginning of your project and complete the form at the end of your project.
The purpose behind a project record form is for you to learn to keep records and be able to summarize your project. This is extremely helpful when you are doing record books and applications.
