Awards: No formal awards. Winners will be determined as they progress through the brackets, and will be announced after the final round.

AGE GROUPS
Junior--grades 3-5
Intermediate--grades 6-8
Senior--grades 9-12
Senior teams must have 4 members in order to compete.
Junior & Intermediate teams may have 3-4 members. Each team MUST have at least 3 to compete.
Juniors may move up and compete on an Intermediate team, but the team will compete in the Intermediate age group.
Senior teams must be Senior 4-H'ers only.

COST
$15 per person
If you sold 10 or more raffle tickets in 2024, or are a first-year 4-H'er, then your fees are covered by the Lynn County Adult Leaders Association. If you register for the contest but do not end up competing, then you will be responsible for reimbursing your entry fee and will receive an invoice from Lynn County 4-H.
If you did not sell raffle tickets, then you will be responsible for paying your entry fee. You will receive an invoice from Lynn County 4-H. If you end up not competing, then you are still responsible for paying the entry fee. Those fees are not returned once registration has been completed.
Please ignore any invoices/requests for payment that come from anyone other than Lynn County 4-H.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Questions will come from the list of resources below. There is no bank of questions to study.
If you need any kind of accommodations to compete in this contest, please email Kaci no later than November 5th.
The top 3 placing Senior teams at District will advance to the Texas 4-H Roundup FCH Quiz Bowl Contest.
There will be no parents or coaches allowed in the rooms until the final championship round.

There will be current event resources (i.e. magazines, journals, etc.) added to each topic area. Those will be released after January 2025, and questions from these sources will appear in the state contest.
