FRIDAY FOCUS SIGN-UP
Click here to sign up for a Friday Focus video.
Instructions:
Click on the link and put your name on what week you would like to do the Friday Focus.
Each ambassador MUST sign up for 4 weeks!
On Wednesday of that week, Kaci will send you the script via email.
You will film a short video of you saying the script. Please film the video vertically, not horizontally.
Send the video via text to Kaci at 806-773-9401. She will edit it and post it for the week. Deadline for the video to be sent to Kaci is Friday mornings before you go to school (so by 8:30 AM). The earlier, the better, though!
You don't have to memorize the script, but try to have it to where you aren't reading it word for word. Think television news reporter!
Things to be aware of for your video:
what you're wearing--doesn't have to be dressed up, but this is posted for the world to see, so you still want to look nice
backgrounds--goal here is to be professional, so be mindful of what is seen on the video
speak loudly and clearly!
Click here to sign up to take over the Instagram account for a month.
Instructions:
Click on the link and put your name on what month you would like to take over the Instagram account.
Each ambassador MUST sign up for 1 month!
Kaci will send you the login and password when it is your month.
Each Ambassador must do a Motivational Monday post every Monday. These posts are motivational quotes to inspire our 4-H'ers! If you need help finding a quote, let Kaci know and she will help you.
There is a template in the Ambassadors Class in Canva. See instructions for Canva below.
You will also choose 2 4-H'ers to spotlight throughout the month. Please type the name of the 4-H'er in the box so that we don't double up. The point of this is to recognize ALL Lynn County 4-H'ers...so try to think outside of the box and choose those who don't necessarily see the spotlight very often.
You'll need to include a picture of them and find out some 4-H information about them (what's their favorite 4-H memory, activity, project, what they've learned, etc).
You will also recognize one Adult Leader each month. Please type the name of the leader in the box so that we don't double up. The point of this is to recognize ALL Lynn County Adult Leaders...so try to think outside of the box and choose those who don't necessarily see the spotlight very often.
Other posts as you see needed posted.
Reels & stories are great too!!
HERE IS WHAT NOT TO DO:
Do not promote one club over another. You are an ambassador for the entire county, not just your club.
Any sign-ups, upcoming events, etc. will be posted by the Extension Office.
No derogatory posts of any kind.
REMEMBER: YOU ARE REPRESENTING ALL OF LYNN COUNTY 4-H TO EVERYONE IN THE WORLD!
If there is a post that does not show Lynn County 4-H and it's members in a positive light then it will be deleted and you will forfeit your Instagram privileges.
PODCAST
Click here to sign up for a podcast episode.
Instructions:
Click on the link and put your name on what episodes you would like to be the host for.
Each ambassador MUST sign up for 2 episodes!
Kaci will help you with everything when it is your month.
Be thinking about what topic you want to cover.
For each episode, Kaci will provide you with a list of upcoming events and reminders for the end of the podcast.
REMEMBER: YOU ARE REPRESENTING ALL OF LYNN COUNTY 4-H TO EVERYONE IN THE WORLD!
CANVA
We have set up a class for the Ambassadors in our Canva Pro account that you can use only for Ambassador work and have Canva Pro for free.
Be watching your email for the invite so that you can have access to create your posts.
Please use the templates provided--remember what we talked about everything being uniform!
